            “CAPTAIN” ($200-$349)

            All benefits of Team level plus a Football Media Guide.

            “COACHES” ($350-$599)

            All benefits of Team and Captain levels plus a different team gift each             year.

            “WARRIOR” ($600-$1,199)

            All benefits of Team, Captain and Coaches levels plus an
            opportunity to spend one game each season, along with your
            guest, on the sidelines with the team & Coaching Staff.

            “ALI’I” ($1,200-$3,999)

            All benefits of Team, Captain, Coaches and Warrior levels
            plus a special gift from the team each year.

            “CORPORATE” ($4000-HIGHER)

            All benefits of Team, Captain, Coaches, Warrior and Ali’i
            levels plus participation of a three man team in the NA KOA’s yearly             golf tournament, a table of 10 at the Football Awards Dinner and a             preferred parking pass at Aloha Stadium during the season.
