Thank you to everyone that supports Rainbow Warrior Football through Nā Koa Football Club. In the fiscal year that just ended on 30 June, Nā Koa was able to fulfill our mission the areas of:
- Education
- Player safety
- Health and nutrition
A total of nearly $1.2 million was raised in fiscal year 2016 with nearly half coming from the Waterhouse Trust. A special mahalo to the Waterhouse Charitable Trust. The remainder was raised through memberships in Nā Koa, various fundraising events, and donations from you and the community.
Our funds went to primarily support:
- Summer school
- Supplemental meals
- Cost of Attendance
- Charter flight to Michigan (a fiscal year 2017 expense that had to be paid in 2016)
- Recruiting/summer camp participation by the coaches
- Video equipment
- Strength and conditioning equipment (weights, compressions tights; knee braces, etc)
We appreciate and need your continued support of our Warriors. Share the benefits of membership with a friend, come to a game, or make a year-end donation to Nā Koa. Every contribution goes directly reclaiming and defending Pride Rock.
